Day 1 Arrive Shanghai
On arrival, you are greeted and escorted to check in to the Shanghai Hotel

Day 2 Shanghai
Sightsee Shanghai's highlights: the Shanghai Museum, Nanjing or Huai Hai Road, and Jade Buddha Temple. After lunch, tour the colonial-inspired Bund. This evening attend an astonishing acrobatic show.

Day 3 Shanghai to Yichang
Morning at leisure in Shanghai. After lunch, fly to Yichang where you board the Victoria Cruise Ship and begin your memorable cruise upstream.

Day 4 Yangtze River Cruise
Stop at San Dou Ping this morning to see the historic Three Gorges Dam project. Reboard the ship and sail through the dramatic Three Gorges Ship lock before continuing through Xiling Gorge, longest of the famed Three Gorges.

Day 5 Yangtze River Cruise
Early this morning, delight in Wu Gorge's deep zigzagging valley. At Wushan, transfer to a motorboat for an exciting excursion on either Daning River or Shennong Stream to view their breathtaking small gorges. Reboard the ship and soon pass through the dramatic grandeur of Qutang Gorge, framed by steep cliffs.

Day 6 Yangtze River Cruise
Today's shore excursion shows the magnificent 12-story wooden pagoda known as the "Pearl of the Yangtze" in scenic Shibaozhai.

Day 7 Chongqing to Dazu
Morning cruising through now-gentle countryside to Chongqing, where you disembark the ship. On arrival, motorcoach to Dazu, famed for its Buddhist archeological sites. Lunch in Dazu; sightseeing includes monumental Buddhist sculptures at Beishan and Baodingshan. Return to Chongqing in the late afternoon and check into the Holiday Inn Chongqing

Day 8 Chongqing to Jiuzhaigou
Fly to Jiuzhaigou this morning. Upon arrival, travel by coach to visit Huanglong Nature Reverse, listed as the World Natural Heritage by UNESCO. After the tour, transfer to Jiuzhaigou and check into the Geshang Guest House

Day 9 Jiuzhaigou
Today’s tour to Jiuzhaigou includes the multi-colored Lake, Long Lake and the Pearl Beach, Rhinoceros Lake and the Tibetan mills. Tonight, you are invited to a campfire with barbecue hosted by Tibetan countrymen.

Day 10 Jiuzhaigou to Chongqing /Beijing
Fly to Chongqing this morning, where you take a connecting flight on to Beijing. Check into Beijing Guanxi Hotel

Day 11 Beijing
Today's sightseeing visits the imposing Tian An Men Square and the Imperial Palace in the Forbidden City. After lunch, visit the Summer Palace with a cruise on placid Lake Kunming (weather permitting).

Day 12 Beijing
Walk along the ancient ramparts of the renowned Great Wall today. Visit a cloisonné factory and observe the skilled artisans create intricate designs. Then stroll along the Sacred Way to the Ming Tombs and Chang Ling Exhibition Hall.

Day 13 Beijing
Day is free. Perhaps take an optional tour via old-fashioned pedicab to explore Beijing's ancient narrow streets, known as Hutongs. Visit a courtyard-style family residence, and admire the city view from atop the Drum Tower Pagoda.

Day 14 Depart Beijing
